If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the “Return Conditions” specified below.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days, To be eligible for a return.
If the 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Conditions
A. Item(s) are sent back within the stated return
B. Item(s)returned must be in the original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items).
C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Date the goods were received by you
You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions to complete your return.
Refund Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method.
To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return tracking to the customer support representative assisting with your return.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 24 hours from the day you placed the order, To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement by email to support@erlyx.com
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

EXCHANGES
We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.
